How will this lottery work:
 The lottery will consist of 700 tickets at 10mil isk each.
Each ticket will be allocated a randomly generated number via SOMERs Lottery Service.
The dice roll will be unlocked when all the tickets are purchased.
How do i buy tickets for this fantastic lottery?
To buy tickets, send the isk to character Tit Natal with the reason code TLB001

This lottery will use Chribba's Roll the Dice API tool. Its a tool that picks random numbers before the lottery starts and locks them (no-one can see the locked numbers until they are unlocked after the lottery has sold out).

Points to note
Tickets are given out randomly.
You must allow up to 1 hour for the software to update any ticket purchased.
Anyone can win more than one prize (that includes the main ticket holder!)
Any money sent without a reason code will be seen as a donation to the running costs of this lottery. However; please do mail me if you make a mistake to see if I'm in a generous mood lol

How do I play?
To play, post an unedited guess as to the winning ticket number in this forum thread. The guess should be a whole number between 1 and 700.
An exactly right guess will win 250mil.
In the event that no one guesses correctly the closest guess will win 100mil.

With this post alone its obvious that you almost never are on these forums. Somber is trusted by many many people in the game and his name stands along side Chribba and Darknesss for trustworthiness.
